Authentication data

We use Supabase for authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as permitted by your Google account settings.

Market signal data

The Service ingests publicly available market information (product filings, press releases, regulatory updates) on your behalf. We do not collect or store personal data belonging to third parties from these sources.

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases hosted on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. We implement row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@flowyai.id. We will fulfil deletion requests within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Sharing of Information

We share your information only with:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Cloudflare — edge compute and content delivery
• PostHog — product analytics
• Google — sign-in via OAuth (if you choose this method)

Each sub-processor is contractually required to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy law. We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and collect analytics data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
