Connect Flowy to Claude Code

Flowy exposes a read-only MCP server at https://flowyai.id/mcp. Your agent can search the Indonesian insurance product catalog, read your market-signal feed, and look up companies and trackers — in natural language.

Connect Claude Code

Run this once, from any directory:

claude mcp add --transport http flowy https://flowyai.id/mcp

Then start using it. On the first request Claude Code opens your browser: sign in to Flowy and approve the read-only consent screen. Verify any time with claude mcp list — flowy shows as connected.

Connect Claude Desktop

In Claude Desktop, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the server URL:

When asked which OAuth client to use, choose "No client ID — register one automatically" — Flowy registers each copy of Claude Desktop dynamically, so there's nothing to set up by hand. (Anthropic's hosted client metadata option isn't supported by the server yet.)

Approve the browser popup — sign in to Flowy and accept the read-only consent screen. The connector then shows as connected, and the same read-only tools are available in Desktop chats as in Claude Code.

What your agent can do

  • search_product — Search the insurance product catalog with filters
  • get_product — Full summary for one product, with a link to complete data
  • signal_feed — Your recent market signals, newest first
  • list_companies — Companies known to Flowy, for use in filters
  • list_projects — Your trackers

  • "Search premium health products" — then "compare the first two"
