1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowy, the AI-powered insurance market intelligence platform operated at https://flowyai.id (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

Flowy aggregates, structures, and summarises publicly available information about the Indonesian insurance market — including product information, market signals, and regulatory materials — for research and market-intelligence purposes. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service's data or content as a competing dataset
• Interfere with the Service's operation, circumvent access controls, or probe its security
• Misrepresent AI-generated summaries as official filings or statements of the insurers they describe

5. Intellectual Property and Public Information

The Service's software, design, and original editorial content are owned by Flowy. Flowy processes publicly available information — including insurer websites, press releases, regulatory materials, and product documents — for identification, research, commentary, comparison, and market-intelligence purposes. All third-party trademarks, product names, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners, and no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

6. AI-Generated Content and No Advice

Summaries, signals, and other insights in the Service may be AI-generated or AI-assisted and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions and MUST NOT be treated as financial, insurance, legal, or regulatory advice, nor as a substitute for the official source documents. Always verify against the original filings and consult licensed professionals before making decisions.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that third-party source information will remain available or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email to registered users. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
